I am an independent management consultant. My goal is to help organizations (public or private) achieve success through better management and systematic process improvement. I help clients by applying my problem solving, organizational, process improvement, strategic and leadership skills to challenging problems. My core competencies are managing important and highly visible projects, advising on and executing process improvements, developing solutions to complex problems, and developing strategic and tactical plans. I prefer to work closely with top executives and small, highly motivated teams. I also like to collaborate with consulting firms and other independent consultants on specific projects. Wisconsin organizations are preferred but opportunities nationwide are also considered.
